It is often served with kuruma, chicken gravy ,mushroom gravy etc.. Ghee rice is used by preparing onion, ghee , bayleaf , cloves etc.. Ghee helps to moisturize dry skin and hair. Ghee Rice Ingredients: Ghee – 3 tbsp Bayleaf - 1 Cinnamon - 2 Cloves - 1 Onion – 3 (Largely and Thinly sliced) Green chilli - 3 Cashews -6 Basmati rice -1 cup Water – 2 cup Lemon juice – 1 tsp Salt – required Instructions: Wash and soak the basmati rice for 30 minutes.
