It is often served with kuruma, chicken gravy ,mushroom gravy etc.. Ghee rice is used by preparing onion, ghee , bayleaf , cloves etc.. Ghee helps to moisturize dry skin and hair. Onion Chutney

  Course: chutney Cuisine: Indian Author: Nivetha Jagadeesh   An onion chutney with spicy, sweetness and it is perfect to eat with dosa, idli . It is made by using very easy ingredients. Let’s gets started our receipe.   onion chutney Ingredients: Oil – 1 tsp Red chilli - 3 Onion – 2 large chopped Salt – To Taste Tamarind – small piece For seasoning : Oil – 1 tsp Mustard seeds   - 1 tsp Curry leaves – few   Steps: Heat oil in a pan , add red chilli and cook till it turns into golden. Add onions, salt and mix well. Add tamarind and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes. Transfer it in to a blender and make it in to a fine puree. Serve it in a bowl. Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Pour it in to the chutney and mix well.   Notes: You should also add ginger, garlic cloves in this chutney. Serve it with Idli, dosa.

It is a perfect match for sandwich, samosa, idli, dosa. Let’s gets started our receipe.   Coriander chutney Ingredients: Coriander leaves – 1 bunch Green chilli - 2 Garlic cloves – 1 teaspoon Ginger – 1 small teaspoon Lemon juice – 1/4 teaspoon Salt – As Needed water – required   steps: wash the coriander leaves and roughly chop them. Add it to the mixie jar, along with add green chilli, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, salt ,required water and blend them in to a thick and smooth paste.
