Onion Chutney

An onion chutney with spicy, sweetness and it is perfect to eat with dosa, idli . It is made by using very easy ingredients. Let’s gets started our receipe.
Ingredients:
Oil – 1 tsp
Red chilli - 3
Onion – 2 large chopped
Salt – To Taste
Tamarind – small piece
For seasoning :
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan , add red chilli and cook till it turns into golden.
- Add onions, salt and mix well.
- Add tamarind and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Transfer it in to a blender and make it in to a fine puree.
- Serve it in a bowl.
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Pour it in to the chutney and mix well.
Notes:
- You should also add ginger, garlic cloves in this chutney.
- Serve it with Idli, dosa.
