This is a receipe made by coriander, lemon juice green chilli etc.. , chutney is originated in India. It is a perfect match for sandwich, samosa, idli, dosa. Let’s gets started our receipe.

Ingredients:

Coriander leaves – 1 bunch

Green chilli - 2

Garlic cloves – 1 teaspoon

Ginger – 1 small teaspoon

Lemon juice – 1/4 teaspoon

Salt – As Needed

water – required

 

steps:

  • wash the coriander leaves and roughly chop them.
  • Add it to the mixie jar, along with add green chilli, garlic cloves, ginger, lemon juice, salt ,required water and blend them in to a thick and smooth paste.
  • Transfer it in to a bowl and serve it with rice, idli and dosa.

 

Notes:

  1. You can also dry roast channa dal, urad dal and blend it.
  2. You can also add grated coconut in this receipe.
