fixings,
Dry natural products based desserts or pastries are normal
plans across india. it is for the most part settled on with only one selection
of nuts, yet can likewise be utilized as a mix of dry natural products to make
a sugarless sweet bite. out of these, the exceptional sweet formula is the kaju
katli formula or the kaju barfi known for its mouth-watering and relieving
surface and taste.
Indeed, the receipe of kaju katli is famous across india,
yet there are various sorts and varieties to the manner in which it is ready.
the distinction and varieties would be in its thickness and the surface
consistency. I attempted to make it delicate and kind of chewy in surface. in
any case, some lean toward it to be hard similar to a barfi. it is simply
constrained by the sugar syrup consistency. I have utilized the one string
consistency and in the event that you increment it to 3 or 4 it
would be more harder texture/ enthusiastically. kaju barfi must be damp in my
viewpoint, however you may marginally change it
According as you would prefer. additionally, you may
likewise add some eatable tone to the sugar syrup to make it more brilliant. I
have added the silver wok as you get in the greater part however it is again
absolutely discretionary. yet can be precarious with the sugar syrup
consistency which may really ruin the surface.
Kajukatli is famous among delhi, maharastra, Bangladesh,
pakisthan.
