Let's get stuff done with
such a egg fried rice recipe. Begin by preparing the perfect fluffy rice. In
fried rice, I like to use basmati rice even though I appreciate the texture and
flavour of this traditional rice. You can, of course, use white rice if you
want.
Here you go seared rice darlings, this is in a real sense
the main thing we add to the truck when we request chinese takeout at home!
It's consistently egg seared rice with a side of some chicken and vegetables.
Egg singed rice is the most ideal approach to utilize day
old extra rice. You can add any pieces and weaves of veggies lying around in
your cooler, a couple of sauces, 2-3 eggs and you have yourself a truly tasty
dish! Let’s gets started our

INGREDIENTS REQUIRE TO PREPARE EGG FRIED RICE:
Basmati
rice – 1 bowl
Eggs
– 3
water
- Needed
Oil –
2 tbsp
Fennel
seeds – 1 tsp
Onion
– 3 largely and thinely sliced
Carrot
– 2 to 3
Beans
– 2 to 3
Green
peas – 2 tbsp
Capsicum
– 1
Cabbage
– 4-5 (chopped) tbsp
Baby
corn -2-3 (chopped)
Salt
– As Needed
Pepper
– 3 tbsp
Soyasauce
– 1 tsp
Green
chilli – 2 (finely chopped)
Ginger
– 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Garlic
– 1 tsp(finely chopped)
Spring
onions – few (for garnishing)
INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING EGG FRIED RICE:
- In a large pot add 4 to 5cups of water, ½ teaspoon
salt, and 2 to 3 drops of oil.
- Wait for water comes to full boil.
- Now add the washed and soaked basmati rice.
- Half cook the rice note that you should not overcook
the rice for Chinese receipes.
- Cook for about 70%
- Once its done drain off
the water and keep it aside and cool them completely.
- While rice is cooling
chop the vegetables I suggest chop the veggies very finely it gives a good
flavour.
- In a bowl add 3 eggs , 2
pinch of salt, 1 tsp black pepper and beat well.
- Pour the egg mixture in
a pan.
- Cook until eggs gets
scrambled . make sure you cook it on medium low flame .
- Once its done transfer
to a plate and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a pan , once
its gets heated add fennel seeds once its gets crackle add green chilli,
ginger ,garlic and mix well.
- Now add largely and
thinely sliced onions and some salt .
- Mix it and saute well.
- Now add the remaining
ingredients
Carrot
Beans
Baby corn
Green peas
Cabbage
Capsicum
- Mix everything and cook
for 5 minutes in a high flame.
- Once its done add
scrambled egg and mix well.
- Once the veggies and
scrambled eggs are gets cooked add 1 tsp of soya sauce and stir.
- Reduce the flame and
slowly add the cooked rice and mix gently without breaking the rice.
- Mix the rice and veggies
and eggs slowly and add required salt and pepper.
- Once its gets done turn
off the flame and garnish with spring onions.
Notes:
- Instead of soya sauce
you should add vinegar or lemon juice.
- I suggest you should eat
it for one day not to store on fridge for a couple of days.
- You should also
normal white rice for cook this receipe.
- You should also cook
this fried rice by using left over rice.
- you can serve it with
tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, potato fry or any other gravy items.
Chicken gravy, mushroom gravy even egg masala also tastes well.
- Adding of veggies is
completely optional.
- Make sure Chinese
receipes are cooked on high flame.
- If you want spice
powders you can use spice powders.
