simple potato fry

Potato is one of the dishes that can easily prepare for a
quick lunch or dinner side dish. Let’s gets started our receipe.
Ingredients:
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Potato – 1 cup
Salt – To Taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder – 2tsp
Steps:

Peel
and chop potatoes and place them in a bowl of water for 15 minutes.
- After
15 minutes drain off the potatoes and cool them completely.
- Heat
a pan and add 2 tbsp of oil once, the oil gets heated add mustard seeds and
jeera wait for until it gets crackle.
- Now,
add potatoes and mix evenly in the pan.
- Saute,
until potatoes gets half-cooked.
- Add
spices- turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and mix the spices with the
potatoes.
- Cook
potatoes until it gets crispy from all sides.
- Once,
it gets crispyness turn off the flame and serve it hot.
Notes:
- Serve
it hot with sambar rice, curd rice its make perfect match.
- You
can garnish with some chopped coriander leaves if you want.
