Mushroom gravy is a simple delicious receipe which can be served for rice, chappathi, dosa. Mushroom contains low in calories and rich in nutrition and potassium. Let’s gets started our receipe.

Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

Mushroom – 1 cup

Onion - 3

Tomato - 2

Green chilli - 3

Ginger garlic paste – 2tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Chilli powder – 2 tsp

Water - required

Salt – To Taste

Oil - required

Coriander leaves – few

Steps:

  •         Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds after few seconds add onion and saute well.
  •         Once the onions are golden add in tomato,green chilli,ginger garlic paste and saute until its gets cooked.
  •         Then add the masalas- turmeric powder , salt , chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix everything.
  •         Once, the oil gets separated add cleaned mushrooms , required water and cook until it gets fully done.
  •         Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
  •        Mushroom gravy is ready to serve,

 

Notes:

  1.          You can adjust the salt and spices asper your taste.
  2.          You can also grind the tomato and add it in.
